Updating features of this site for 2019. I recently added a countdown clock showing the next place I will be attending or teaching. This includes a link to the event.
Today I have been learning how to post documents without requiring you to log in.
The first document is a case study I did in 2007 following the battle between the internationally known Kentland Volunteer Fire Department and the Prince George’s County Fire Department over the staffing of an EMT ambulance. The issue was more about power than adequate ambulance service in the 3rd Battalion. While I followed the issue from April to September 2007, the court case was not concluded. When the dust settled, Ambulance 339 was posted at Kentland, staffed with career firefighters 24/7/365.
The second document is an update of 5 Shift-Work Scholar Secrets: What Working Professionals Do to Get Their Degree. This is provided to every student who takes one of my online college or university classes. Techniques and recommendations for academic success from my perspective helping hundreds of working professionals.
You can download the documents by going to the DOCUMENTS page that is on the right side of the screen … if you are using a smartphone, scroll down.
